Prayer
Prayer is the focal point and driving force of all we say and do, especially our coaching sessions with you. We bathe our sessions with prayer.

We Build Trusting Relationships
Through credibility, loyalty, collaboration, cooperative goals, listening, listening, listening, sharing information and resources, and making connections.

We Learn From Our Mistakes
By trusting our intuition, risk taking, and making something happen. *Note: intuition is defined here as bringing together knowledge and experience to produce new insights. It's being able to participate in life's trials and tribulations, and spiritually sift through the facts or events and apprehend what has been experienced.

Attract People of Common Purpose
By developing a shared sense of destiny/purpose, demonstration of personal conviction, and leading with shared vision.

Strengthen Others
We are servants -  there's power in serving others, believing in others, ensuring people are in control of their own lives, demonstrating compassion and sensitivity to others.

DWYS
We do what we say we will do. Our clear values and beliefs ensure we model for others what we say we believe. We measure what we are actually doing against what we are saying. In other words, "I can't hear what you're saying for seeing what your doin." Here are some ways we show up in DWYS: seize opportunities to teach vs. preach, share our own action stories, choose our words and commitments deliberately.

Celebrate Our Wins
We celebrate our wins both small and large. This builds confidence and reinforces our innate nature of winning and succeeding.

Stewardship
We honor God by being good stewards of His gifts, talents, and His people.

• We believe coaching is a gift. It is an extension of the teaching gift of Jesus Christ.
• We believe Jesus is the greatest coach of all!
• As coaches, we believe it is crucial to draw on the Holy Spirit to partner with us in the coaching session. He's the leader and we follow His agenda.
• We believe the change agent is the Holy Spirit. He brings about the changes in the client's life as the client cooperates with Him and the coach.
• We believe the highest qualification for a Christian coach is their relationship with Father God, Son, and Holy Spirit. A Christian coach can hear God and is in constant dialogue with Him about their life and their clients' lives.

This process is for leaders who want the glory of Yahweh (God) in every area of their life. His leaders want the glory so badly that they are willing to be stripped of everything unlike Him until all that is left is His glory, reflection, character, nature, and power. If you are ready for all He intends and are willing to be made, this process is for you. This process is completed in two, three month phases.

I was in the middle of a career transition and seeking God about my next steps. Since I am prone to dreams and visions, I woke up one morning and saw a black background with the letters GOD. I said, "God, what is that?" He spoke to me and said, "Gifts Ordained by Direction. The gifts are my apostles, prophets, pastors, teachers, evangelists, and business and marketplace leaders (Eph 4:12), you are My coach (i.e., GOD's Coach) as you work for Me (i.e., God/GOD). Partner with them to help them be all I created them to be."
